About

Hi, I’m Abdul Wasay.

I’m a developer and freelancer. Most of my working day goes into writing code, talking to clients, and trying to get more done in fewer hours. Over the last couple of years, AI tools went from a fun experiment to something I use every single day: drafting client messages, fixing bugs, planning projects, and dozens of small jobs I used to do by hand.

The problem? For every tool that actually saves time, there are ten that look great in a demo and fall apart the moment you use them for real work. I’ve wasted plenty of hours (and a bit of money) learning that the hard way.

That’s why I started Life With AI Tools.

What you’ll find here

Plain-English guides that show you how to use AI for real tasks: writing a resume, studying for an exam, answering emails, planning a monthly budget, or running a freelance business. No hype and no jargon. Just what works, what doesn’t, and how to get started in a few minutes.

How I write my guides

  • I test the prompts before I publish them. Every guide includes a tested example showing what the AI actually returned, including the mistakes.
  • I tell you what doesn’t work, not just what does.
  • I update posts when things change. In AI, prices and features change constantly.
  • If a free option does the job, I’ll say so.

Who this site is for

Students, freelancers, people with regular 9-to-5 jobs, and anyone who’s curious about AI but doesn’t want to spend a whole weekend figuring it out.

How this site is funded

Life With AI Tools is free to read. Some pages show ads, and some links are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. That never decides what I recommend. You can read more on my Disclaimer page.
